Terms & Conditions

- Hold deposit (minus $100 AUD re-listing fee) is transferable to another attendee.
- Full balance paid in full due 28 days, (4 weeks) before start date of class/retreat and two weeks before a weekly class.

or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat or art course, or
for arriving late or leaving early. If the class, course, workshop or retreat goes ahead and you fail to join the offered and purchased event, be it online or in person, then no refunds will be issued after the fact.
In the case of the unforeseeable worldwide pandemic, government restrictions and travel bans, customers will not be able to receive classes in person. If ARTS INC. classes and workshops are cancelled, then customers are entitled to compensation. When the class is able to be offered online in real time, and the class goes ahead by means of online LIVE Zoom School, then customers are expected to consume their class for that semester. While 2020 was a very challenging year for all of us, and we have seen many businesses close altogether, ARTS INC. have adapted classes to go online. While these involve a little more preparation and organisation, we successfully underwent classes online from Australia to the rest of the world. While we consider an amicable remedy for each individual case, most students were able to adapt to online classes without any glitches (often preferring working from their home art space online). Individuals paying in full for the 2020 Jan-June Semester who opted out of online classes, have been offered class credits which will be valid until December 2022.
We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel retreats, workshops or classes with inadequate participant interest, in which case all monies paid to ARTS Inc. will be fully refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 week prior to retreat start date. ARTS Inc. Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
ARTS Inc. In regard to the stay during the artist retreat, AGENTS will provide safe, careful instruction and safe premises, but ask that each participant to take personal responsibility for their own self-care and (in the unlikely case) for any injuries incurred during retreat. Modifications are given to students with specific needs. If participants are unsure of their physical ability due to previous injuries, they should seek the advise of a healthcare practitioner beforehand.
